Senior Consultant: Richard Dallaire M.Sc. - Senior Consultant- Richard Dallaire is an IT retail specialist. He has been project manager consultant since 2005. He worked for many retailers in Quebec.
- He has over 20 years of IT leadership experience both in Business Consulting and IT Software Development. He worked on system implementation for core retails functions such as
- planning,
- inventory management,
- buying & sourcing,
- sales (POS) and store operations,
- fidelity,
- planogram systems.
- Prior to being consultant, Richard Dallaire was the IT Director for development and system operation at Groupe Les Ailes de la mode. He also worked as PMO Director at Groupe Dynamite and Product Director at Raymark, a retail software provider for the soft goods industry.
- Most of his accomplishments are in the area of requirements gathering, software integration and roll-out of new solutions.
- In most of his projects, Richard Dallaire was the main contact for the business and worked with executive members as well as clerical personnel. He facilitated communication and collaboration between business and IT. He has worked on many committees to find innovative solutions and think outside the box. His knowledge of retail helps him to identify business requirements and to foresee process and business changes.
